CareFlow

As the head Industrial Designer on the team, my focus was to gather user data, conduct interviews with Sean Monaghan MD, nurses, and the front desk team. Utilizing thoughtful design thinking principles was critical to the success of this project. The in-depth collection of data helped guide the team to pinpoint the main downfall in the hospital: reliable communication flow.

CareFlow was presented to Thomas Lutzo (Director of Human-Centered Industrial Design at Ximedica), Aidan Petrie(Founding Partner of NEMIC (New England Medical Innovation Center), & Todd Greenwood (Senior Director Client Solutions at ZS| Medullan- Digital Connected Health).
